I LOVE WOMEN

"Amo le donne. Per questo non sono praticamente mai stato fidanzato. Perché le amo, e non mi piace tradirle. Le altre donne mi distrarrebbero da quella con cui sto. Non riesco a rinunciare alle altre perché io sono vittima del bacio non dato, del corpo sconosciuto, dello sguardo misterioso. L’emozione del primo bacio, a lungo desiderato. Un corpo nuovo che ti offre la possibilità di toccarlo per la prima volta. Vedere finalmente il seno, che avevo solo intravisto dalle curve del vestito. Alzare una gonna e vedere le gambe, le cosce. La riga di confine delle mutande. Baciare un piede, annusare un collo. Scoprire le espressioni di una donna quando raggiunge il massimo del piacere. Accorgersi che il mondo si ferma quando una donna ti sorride. Il décolleté di una donna, anche non particolarmente bella, è come un incidente stradale: rallenti sempre per guardarlo. Su di me tutte queste sensazioni hanno lo stesso effetto degli stupefacenti. Amo le donne, le ho sempre amate. Come si fa a non amarle? Perché le donne sono belle. Belli i loro contorni, le loro mani, la pelle, i fili contorti dei loro pensieri. Belli i profumi colorati dei loro desideri. Come le loro paure, i loro piccoli turbamenti. Amo la bellezza dei loro gesti. Amo come si asciugano le lacrime con la mano e il sorriso improvviso che fanno dopo aver pianto come bambine. Squarci di luce inattesi. Amo le donne. Senza di loro me ne sarei già andato. Senza di loro non sarei mai più tornato. Sono sempre stato così. Quando parlo al telefono e sento che mi è arrivato un messaggio, non mi interessa più parlare, perché sono curioso da morire di sapere chi me lo abbia mandato. Mi distraggo da quel che sto facendo. Questo è sempre stato il mio pensiero con le donne: ho sempre creduto che se stavo con una avrei perso tutte le altre. Sono stato così in tutto. Nello sport, per esempio, ho fatto karatè, ping-pong, calcio, basket. Non mi sono mai focalizzato su un’attività sola. Ho scavato sempre mille buche, forse per questo non ho mai trovato niente. Michela mi ha insegnato [questa] cosa importante. Ma in quei giorni ancora non lo sapevo."

Beautiful are their contours, their hands, their skin, the complexity of their thoughts. Beautiful are the colored perfumes of their wishes. As their fears, their small disturbances. I love the beauty of their gestures. I love the way they dry the tears with their hand and a sudden smile after a childish crying. Unexpected rays of light. I love women. Without them I would be gone already. Without them I would have never come back. I’ve always been like this. When I talk on the cellphone and I hear a text has arrived, I'm not interested in talking anymore, because I’m so curious to know who has sent it to me. I take my mind off from what I'm doing. This has always been my thought about women: I’ve always believed that if I was engaged with someone, I would have lost all the others. I’ve always believed in this about everything. In sport, for example, I did karate, table tennis, football, basketball. I never focused on one of those. I've always dug thousands of holes, perhaps I’ve never found anything for this reason.
